We have been hashing around London since the 1970s, and we know how to throw a party! This will be one awesome event, and you are invited! Will there be beer? Copious amounts! Will there be hashing? You bet ya! Will there be fun? Totally! Have a look and see what we are pleased to offer:

March 2011
With just one more month to go we are getting very excited about the event that we are putting together for our 2000th run. We have recently sent an e-mail to all confirmed hashers advising where to go and what to bring. Click here to view this update. February 2011
Our sales campaign has been amazingly successful. There are now no more registrations available for our London 2000th run celebrations. This is great news for those of you who have registered and paid as this event is truly going to be one “L” of a party! If you have not yet registered, but still really want to come then there is still hope - at the expense of hashers who have registered but not paid. See the bottom of this page for details.

December 2010
It has been an interesting last couple of weeks with the announcement of a royal wedding on our 2000th run weekend. It should certainly add a festive atmosphere to the whole capital, and is another really good reason to join us at this time. Click here for our December news bulletin.

Theme

This will be one “L” of a party. Why? Because it's L for London so come dressed as something beginning with the letter “L”.

There are more nouns in the Oxford English Dictionary that begin with the letter “L” than you can shake a log at, so start being creative. The best themes are those that are wide open to interpretation and have a whole landscape of possibilities. Think objects and icons, buildings and places, people and professions, colours and creatures. With this theme the world is your langoustine.

Bank Holiday Monday Postlube Run

We regret that we cannot offer places on any of the trails on Saturday or Sunday to hashers who have not paid up for the whole weekend. If you wish to help us celebrate our 2000th run but are unable to make the evening festivities, then we would be more than happy for you to join us on our bank holiday Monday postlube run. This run is completely separate to the main event, but details will be advertised here as well as on our main web site.

Accommodation

Accommodation is dormitory based. We are also able to offer accommodation at the same venue for Sunday night, which will leave you based in central London to enjoy the bank holiday Monday.

Sold Out!

A very big thank you to everyone who has chosen to support our event. We are really looking forward to seeing you all in April. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any more registrations, but you are welcome to join our wait list by sending an email to our official email address which is shown at the bottom of this page. The wait list will be orderd by the date and time that we receive your email. This is well worth doing. We will be imposing a strict time limit on those registered but still unpaid. After that time limit has expired those unpaid registrations will be made available to hashers on out wait list. Standard payment for the event is now £150, which is an absolute bargain for central London, and on a Royal Weekend!
