Hashing is adventurous non-competitive group running. The pack follows a pre-laid trail through a variety of terrain, followed by plenty of drinking and socialising. See our Introduction to Hashing.

London Hash House Harriers
London H³ was the first London hash, and is still going strong with an average pack size of 30. In winter we run on weekends, normally meeting at noon. In summer we run on Monday evenings, meeting at 7 PM. Each trail is from a different location, all accessible by tube or train.
